  First of all I want to say excellent blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
  I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before
  writing. I have had a hard time clearing my
  mind in getting my thoughts out there. I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like
  the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips?

  Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found
  a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell
  to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched
  her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!
